Packaging

All settling and filtration units are packed in reinforced wooden crates or steel-framed pallets, depending on tank size and transport conditions. Internal cushioning with foam or shock-proof boards is applied around filter components and motor assemblies. For large-volume settlers (over 1.5m³), modular disassembly and bolt-on protection are used to reduce shipping volume and prevent damage during ocean freight.

Shipping & Logistics

Units are typically shipped via sea freight in 20ft or 40ft containers depending on the total system order. Each product is pre-labeled with QR-coded export tracking and loading sequence index. Mechanical filtration, like drum filters or screen filters, captures finer solids actively using screens and backflush systems. Farms typically use both in tandem to optimize solids removal and protect biofilters from clogging.

2. Are your filtration systems suitable for high-density farming environments?
Yes. Our systems are engineered for intensive aquaculture settings. Drum filters can operate continuously with 60μm–80μm screen options and self-cleaning capability. Settlers are designed with internal lamella or baffle plates to maximize surface area while minimizing re-suspension.
